This is your invitation to lay down the heavy stories and re-create yourself through beauty, curiosity, and connection.

You’ll spend the day:

• Building altars and opening sacred space

• Lounging in water, painting with your hands, watching clouds drift by

• Laughing, crying, moving, and being still

• Meditating with a potbelly pig (yes, really)

• Enjoying nourishing, fresh food

• Participating in a mushroom communion

• Integrating with breathwork and group reflection
