Aries Breathwork and Fire Ceremony

Aries marks the beginning of the zodiac. A threshold moment. A reset point. A return to instinct, will, and forward movement.

But before something new can begin… something has to end. Through breathwork, you’ll be guided into the body to move energy, release what’s been building, and create space for something new.

And then, we take it to the fire.

Bring something to burn… a note, an object, a symbol of what you’re ready to let go of. Something you’re complete with. Something you’re done carrying.

• Breathwork session

• Optional Mushroom Microdose

• Fire Circle - Sharing Time

• Community Potluck

Session takes place at Adrienne’s home in San Diego. Exact location sent in confirmation email.

Bring something to share for the potluck if you feel called, as well as a yoga mat and anything you may need to be comfortable/cozy.
